Who is behind St. Alfred?
The KICKS/HI crew.



What is the vision for the shop?  (I.e. Creating a reputation of top shelf inventory, service etc.) 
To present and offer the top tier product from our network of various brands, and give it the attention from a presentation standpoint that it so justly deserves. 



Who did you look to as a touchstone or template for your shop?
As always the Creative people that I am fortunate to be surrounded by. The crew is good. When idea’s starts
Rolling there is always going to be that infamous comment “ Check this out.. what about this? “ I love that shit. No method to the madness.



Describe the St. Alfred brand and where you might take it in the future?
Straight to Heaven. with an occasional stop in Hades from time to time. It’s a fine line you know? Even a Saint is human.

Chicago has recently been taking center-stage in hip-hop and so the Chi-town rep has increasingly become more and more prolific.  How important is pushing your location and how do you intend to break into the N.Y., L.A., Tokyo scene in a way that maybe only Portland has been able to so far?
Chicago is a dope city with a style and flavor all it’s own  No breaking in will be necessary, the door is already open.

Describe the shop’s aesthetic?
Modern minimalist industrial with a touch of the old world.



The usage of luggage and finished wood speaks to the recent edition of LV luggage to the list of what we want in our collections.  What does St. Alfred’s intend to bring to a game in constant progression and becoming more mature in its tastes regarding fabric, cut, and design? LV luggage?
News to me. Only Heaven knows.



Describe the ideal St. Alfred shopper ( i.e. what they wear, what they read, what they are into etc.) Basically whoever is feeling what we do. Open door policy.
Besides tops, is there anything coming from the St. Alfred’s brand within the near future? Fleece,headwear and outerwear currently in development as well as velvet ripstop cloak’s, platinum iced out crowns and 18k gold Excalibur swords that double as a shoe horn. Watch your heel! Saving soles already.



St. Alfred’s with a team of God’s Angels VS. Ditka’s Bear?
It would be close but I would have to say St. Alfred. We got saint sweetness on our side, how could we lose.
